At PivotPeak, we engineer professional tools for creators. We stand behind the quality and performance of our Smart Axis X PRO Stabiliser. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original accessories and packaging intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@pivotpeak.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products and downloadable content (including LUT packs and the Creator's Shooting Guide) are not eligible for return.
