At PivotPeak, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.
UK Standard Delivery — FREE
All UK orders qualify for free standard shipping. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes an additional 3-8 business days. You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has shipped.
UK Express Delivery
Express delivery options may be available at checkout. Express orders placed before 12pm on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
International Shipping (EU & Worldwide)
We ship to selected countries across Europe and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at support@pivotpeak.co.uk.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@pivotpeak.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
